Hoka Approached Steelworks to help them in a campaign for their 2 new shoes. Each with a specific feature to highlight.
I was happy to join in and direct both campaign videos.
Steelworks threaded the campaign together by using bold color schemes and interweaving the ideas of movement throughout each visual to bring the varying facets together.
Creating playful ways to showcase everything the Hoka Anacapa 2 is all about – fun on all terrains. Capitalizing on the ideas of excelling on unstable surfaces within this iconic shoe.
The Mach X demands speed, with its specific tag line “Run Like Race All Day”. With that said, we created an animation that mimicked exactly that. How? Thoughtful animation, motion blurs and dynamic type treatments.
